Joining us for the first episode is the incredible Sarah Liz King a Health At Every Size Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer and Health Coach. When not working in the gym or coaching clients online, you can find her in a café with a coffee in hand, reading research, writing blogs, recording her podcast (which I was lucky to be on - link to podcast below!) and creating BS-free content for her community.
Movement for joy is something we both absolutely couldn’t agree more on, so today we aim to dispel the myth that low impact workouts won’t do enough for you on your weight loss journey and in fact show how it can actually give you your best sweat!
