Because we are so confident that you will benefit from our products, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy, except on sale items.
Our mission is to help you live your best life! If for whatever reason our products dont help you do that, we are more than happy to refund your money. Or if you simply change your mind, that's okay to! We’ve created our 14-day no-questions-asked return policy to make buying with us as low stress as possible. Simply email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'll be returning the item, and once we receive the item back, we will happily refund the money!
Furthermore, you can return any non-sale items you purchase on www.uptothebeat.com within 30 days of the delivery date for exchange or refund (excl. shipping) if goods:
- are or become faulty through no fault of your own
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
