Loved Loved Loved this workout. It was not only fun but a total body workout. I like you can do either upper body or lower body or do them both. The additional bonus Ab work made it even better. I loved I was able to follow along. No dread factor here!

This is a great workout for anyone who wants a fun and safe program that will tone all the major muscle groups while adding cardio walking and dancing. You don't need to be an athlete! Most anyone of any age should be able to follow along, and Gina suggests modifications for those who have limitations. She's passionate about making fitness enjoyable and accessible! I have all her workouts, and love each one, but this is a step up. Highly recommended!
